Beyond ADA 25: The Road to Freedom Bus Tour Continues

We are seeking your invitations and plans of where the bus goes to help support your disability rights and justice campaigns starting October 2015 through December 2016.

Do you want to host the bus in support of your local, regional and/or state event or advocacy campaign?

The Road to Freedom Bus team gives weight to host groups that:

... Focus on youth

... Comprise multiple organizations, cities, and/or a region

... Want to host the bus for longer periods of time

... Provide volunteers as well as monetary support

But we also add stops that are on the route or "pit stops" meaning a few hours up to a few days of the bus at your organization.

The Road To Freedom Bus Tour

The ADA Bus is currently traveling the country prior to the celebration planned for Washington, DC in July, 2015 for the 25^th anniversary of the signing of the American Disability Act (ADA). 

We have received overwhelming interest in having Tom Olin and the ADA Bus visit additional locations.  There is only one ADA Bus and only one Tom Olin.  We couldn’t nearly make all the stops we wanted, so the tour continues.  The Road to Freedom Bus will continue the tour into 2016 and beyond.
